Support personnel include the communications officers that receive the calls
by phone, 9-1-1, radio, or walk-in complaints, and relay these calls and complaints out to the police officers. The administrative
assistant helps to complete the reports from the calls and complaints, prepare monthly statistics for the Chief's review,
and perform countless other tasks essential to the basic operation of the Department. Both positions are responsible for more
tasks than we are able to list, and are truly the support of the Blackstone Police Department.
